Former Production assistant at Radio 1, Claire was highly recommended by Simon Bates in 1993. 

Her first job was presenting the Evening Session during Mark Goodier's holiday, she went on to present a weekday early morning show, highlighting new music and up-and-coming bands.

With Radio 1 until 1997, Claire went on to  present a Monday to Thursday rock show for London's XFM.
