I am trying to find out if anyone has recordings of two radio programmes from BBC radio from the 60s and earlier. The programmes are “In Town Tonight” and
“Monday Night At Eight” I am trying to get these for a relative of mine that has had a stroke and would like to hear them again.
I am always still looking for “Saturday Club” “Parade Of The Pops” “Easy Beat” “Top Gear” and similar 60s live music programmes to trade/swap.

Whilst I have been able to pick up from your website a number of programmes, 'Itma' for example I would particularly like to find out about an evening programme around 10.30pm, (each day Monday to Friday) in which gallant deeds by servicement were broadcast -- it was called 'Into Battle'! I would love anyone to let me know the year if they could. The tape is just about on its last legs and I have put it onto a CD, i think its as good as its going to get. In my opinion Tony Blackburn was the voice of Radio 1, and wasn't bad looking as well, anyhow thats another story. If you could help with year that would be great. Thank you. Dawn Norburn |

I was wondering if anyone knows a way to search for an old recording from BBC radio Back around 1993/94, I was working in London, and myself and a friend recorded a few songs with BBC as a promotion for the Reading Banjo Festival. I would gladly pay someone handsomely for helping me to obtain a copy of either the raw recordings, or the finished advertisement It would mean the world to me. My name is Ken Andrew and my friends name is Mike Krisa, if that helps. I know that the final version of the advertisement was played a LOT, but I never got to hear it :-( I think my son would love to hear "Dad" on the radio. HELP, Please, if you can.
